Avacado Bacon Blue Cheese Salad

Lunch:  Red leaf lettuce and spinach topped with red pepper, shredded (or, more pulverized) carrots, cucumber, a chopped bacon strip, half and avocado, a tablespoon or two of blue cheese, and some marinated mushrooms that I rinsed some of the oil off of because I think they made my stomach feel funny yesterday.  Also a splash of balsamic vinegar.

Koree looked on longingly.  And I gave him a little piece of blue cheese for posing for the camera.
