Sunday Morning

Tried Almond-banana pancakes this morning, not all of them looked like pancakes but tasted good, like a cross between actual banana pancakes and fried bananas.  


Last night, pounded chicken breasts, put a little blue cheese inside and wrapped bacon around it, held it with toothpicks.  Side of red cabbage and onions sauted in butter. 


Found a taste of home at the Class 6 yesterday:  Yuengling.  I think Chris is homesick, because he was a little too excited about it.  I'm actually not a big fan, I had a Blue Moon.
